Dr. Murad holds a bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in Usool al-Fiqh (origins, sources, and principles of the Islamic jurisprudence). He served as a lecturer in Kuwait University at colleges of Shari’ah and Rights. He is a professor at college of Shari’ah in Qatar University, he is also a member of several Shari‘ah and scientific committees, such as Shari’ah committee of Bait Al-Mashura, Shari’ah Supervisory Board of Taiba in Kuwait, He is also a referee in several entities; such as M’alamath Al-Qawa’id Al-Fiqhiyyah of Islamic Fiqh Council, Awqaf and encyclopedic research at the Ministry of Awqaf, General Secretariat Award by Kuwait Endowment and Scientific Journal of Bait Al-Mashura. He participated in several training course and he has several researches and studies.
