Qualifications: M.A Degree in Business Management from Kent University in the U.K. Experiences: Selected in September 2005 to head the establishment committee of a real estate company which the state of Qatar relies upon heavily in implementing construction growth projects, then the permission was granted to establish Barwa Real Estate Company to be the biggest real estate development company in Qatar according to Minister of Economy and Trade’s decision number 170 in 15/11/2005.   One of the distinct Qatari competences, and one of the best leading figures,  one of the rising businessmen.   Currently, he chairs a number of Boards inside and outside Qatar, including: al-Jazeera Academy, Aayan Real Estate, Risen Partners Company, Jersey Group, Ghanim Holding Group and Bait al-Mashura Finance Consultations. He’s also been honored to be a board member of al-Baraka Banking Group and Ritaj Investment Company.   He currently holds several important administrative and executive positions including Managing Director of Urban Velvet Company.   Mr. al-Sa’ad founded and contributed to the establishment and development of several private companies, national and international. He has a history of participations in economy and finance conferences, both locally and internationally, in addition to his current responsibilities and contributions in different organizations. He also has a wide contribution in finance and business sector, as well as in social, charitable and human activities.
