Islamic Banks of Qatar Outperform the Last Year’s Profits

The financial results of a number of banks in Qatar revealed that the last year’s indicators are pointing the excellence of Islamic banks over their conventional counterparts. The Islamic banks recorded a growth in their profits and operational incomes in spite of the bad situation the region is going through due to the downturn of the oil price. The conventional banks were effected badly and couldn’t maintain the trend of their profits in the past. (Al-Arab)
