Internship program for the students of Hamad bin Khalifa University

On 01/02/2017, Bait Al-Mashura (BAM), received a batch of 3 students of College of Islamic Studies (CIS), Hamad bin Khalifa University (HBKU), at the headquarters of BAM as a part of the strategic initiative between Center of Islamic Economics and Finance, CIS and BAM. The internship is a mandatory requirement of MSC in Islamic Finance program offered by CIS and it aims at equipping the students with hands on work experience enabling them to identify their area of strengths and weakness before tapping the practical field of Islamic banking and finance. BAM has customized the internship course comprehensively to introduce the students with entire domains of Islamic finance and banking in a practical ambiance, coupled with the practical experience of Shari’ah audit for a set of Islamic banking and finance institutions. The internship program will last for a month and it will further strengthen the bilateral ties between BAM and HBKU.
