Course on Call Center Skills

Bait Al-Mashura finance consultations conducted a training course for the employees of Barwa bank during 3 and 4 April 2017, the course was entitled as “Advance Skills for Call Centers” and it was presented by the trainer Mu’atazz Kamaal, expert and trainer of call center skills, which was attended by a number of employees. The customized subject matter of the course dealt with enhancement of the participants’ skills pertaining to perfection of telephonic communication with the clients for presenting the products, offering the services and after sales services for ensuring the highest returns besides ways to increase the new clients count and concreting the relations with the existing customers.
